Evan Srebrenik is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst focused on assisting senior members with all aspects of the loan process, including initial structuring, underwriting, placement and closing. Evan analyzes all commercial real estate and property and the placement of debt and equity deals.

Evan began his career in 2017 as a leveraged finance intern at Midcap Financial, where he focused on creating initial deal reports and credit memorandums for sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts involving midmarket companies across a variety of industries. He further honed his financial skills as an E-commerce specialist for Walmart, where he assumed full ownership of four unique categories and grew them by over 27%. Prior to joining JBA, Evan worked as a Real Estate Financial Analyst for the Brown Family Office (Douglas Brown, Emeritus of Regent Properties), where he evaluated over 450,000 SF of commercial, multi-family and industrial projects and provided due diligence on properties valued at over $120 Million.
